These Policies x Procedures are in the best interest of my clients and my mini studio. They establish essential boundaries, vital for my role as your stylist and as a small business owner

• Age Requirements: Making bold hair decisions like dying, shaving, or chopping off your hair is a big deal! To decide that you're ready for such a change, I might require clients to meet age requirements, 18 and over, or obtain consent from a parent or guardian. Your well-being and confidence in your decision matter to me, too

• Food x drinks: Please do help yourself to a meal but to the minimum mess during the chemical procedure

• Pets: Furry Friends Welcome! Just a Paw-s-up: I adore furries as if they were my own, but kindly give me a heads-up if they have a nibbly side

• Cancellation x no-show policy: With that in mind, I also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.
  As a result, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice, your $50 deposit is nonrefundable

• Right to refuse service: My utmost priority is to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for all clients. However, in rare circumstances where a service may not align with our expertise or the client's needs, I reserve the right to decline the service
